Practice doesn't follow up on medication concerns

I was taught that if you have nothing positive to say, it's better to stay silent. However, I felt compelled to change my healthcare provider and felt the need to share my experience. Unfortunately, my spouse received care that I found to be inadequate during a period of significant illness. I felt the clinical team lacked compassion and there were delays in responding to queries about important prescriptions. Overall, I had the impression that the practice prioritised internal operations over patient care and support.
