Practice failed to keep promises and broke trust
If there was a minus it would be five, unfortunately had to leave one star to do a review. I was only with this practice for under two months. I never had an appointment with a clinician and felt my concerns were not being taken seriously. I was given timescales for actions that were not met, and felt the responsibility was placed on me rather than the practice. Following this, I requested to be removed from their patient list. After that point, I experienced further communication issues with staff and management. Most concerning was that my personal information appeared to have been shared with a third party without my consent. I had requested my medical records be transferred to NHS England four months prior, but this did not happen, leaving me without access to my necessary medication. My health has suffered significantly as a result. I have been unable to register with another practice as my records remain with my current provider. According to NHS records, I am still registered here despite my request to leave. I would advise others to carefully consider their choice of practice, particularly regarding how personal information is handled and the responsiveness of the service.
