Practice manager still hasn't returned call after days

I felt the standard of care was extremely poor when I previously attended the practice. However, I have since reconsidered this view. I have now been waiting several days for a manager to contact me regarding a resolution to my concerns. Unfortunately, I have not yet received this call, and this is only one of several issues I experienced. I had a telephone consultation during which the clinician asked abruptly what my problem was. I explained that there should be a referral letter from the emergency department outlining my long-standing back condition. The pain has been severe enough at times to require strong pain relief medication simply to manage daily activities. The clinician appeared unaware of my extensive history of repeat prescriptions for pain management and promptly declined my request for an imaging scan. This had been recommended by the emergency department clinician who had assessed me. Their interpretation of the referral suggested I should pursue physiotherapy first, with imaging only if my condition did not improve. I attempted to explain that I had already completed numerous physiotherapy sessions in the past, but the clinician repeatedly interrupted me, reiterating what the emergency department had recommended. I reminded the clinician that my condition has been long-standing for many years. At this point, the clinician informed me they would be ending the consultation. I was deeply frustrated by the clinician's approach and manner of communication, which I found unhelpful and difficult to understand. My initial reaction was one of significant concern about the quality of care provided.
