Practice missed appointment and didn't follow up properly

I'm not satisfied with my experience. I have concerns about the approach taken by one of the clinicians. I attended an appointment that was arranged by letter for my daughter, but the practice failed to proceed with it. When I followed up, they called me at a time I couldn't answer due to work commitments. They then offered a later slot but didn't contact me until after the scheduled time. I feel there's an inconsistency in how punctuality is treated, as patients are expected to arrive on time while the practice itself was delayed in their communication. I also saw another clinician who prescribed medication after researching it during the appointment, which has left me uncomfortable about taking it. My mother was also a patient here and experienced what I consider to be inadequate care. She made several complaints but received no response. When I requested that a particular clinician not be involved in her treatment due to concerns about previous errors, I was told that if I didn't want that clinician involved, I would need to find a different practice. The standard of care seems to have declined noticeably, and I feel the more experienced clinicians have moved on. I would rate this lower if possible, as the situation continues to deteriorate. I am looking to transfer my care elsewhere.
