Practice removed me without proper notification

If I could rate this lower I would. There are never any available appointments, and when I finally managed to get through on the phone, I discovered that following my house move, I had been removed from the practice without any notification. The staff member kept insisting that a letter had been sent, but I never received it, and there was no phone call or text message to inform me either. I have serious asthma and made this clear, explaining that nobody had communicated this change to me despite the fact that I had requested my inhalers a fortnight earlier and had spoken to someone just the day before. This has been a deeply frustrating experience with the practice.
