Pregnant Patient Denied Urgent Care By Receptionist

It’s truly appalling. I called each day this week, only to learn on Friday that they cannot schedule me until the 28th of September. By 8:15 am, all appointments were already booked, and the only option they provided was a telephone consultation in more than three weeks. Considering that I am currently 22 weeks pregnant, it is hard to comprehend why the receptionist did not view my situation as urgent.
