Prescription delays and feeling dismissed by staff

I attended an appointment regarding symptoms of dizziness. Rather than investigating the underlying cause, my medication was adjusted and I experienced delays in obtaining my prescription renewal, which extended beyond my usual schedule. I felt the consultation was dismissive and did not treat me with appropriate respect for my age and circumstances. I submitted a prescription request and have experienced a prolonged wait for it to be processed. I am frustrated by the delay in receiving my medication.
