Prescription error wasn't corrected after calling twice

I was prescribed a daily dosage and received a prescription for a total quantity that appeared insufficient based on the recommended amount. At £10 per prescription, this would result in significant weekly and monthly costs. I identified what seemed to be an error, contacted the practice twice to confirm it had been corrected before collecting the medication from the pharmacy. The prescription I collected still did not appear to provide adequate supply for the intended period. I found the interactions with staff to be unhelpful, and felt frustrated by the overall situation given the expense involved.
