Prescription nightmare after endless communication

Of all the care they provide, the administrative staff and prescription department demonstrate the absolute minimum effort. No matter how many communication attempts I made—via email, phone, or face-to-face interactions—they seemed incapable of comprehending a simple prescription modification. Despite my persistent follow-ups every other day, submitting digital consultation requests, physically delivering documentation, emailing the prescription team, and leaving multiple voicemails, they still managed to completely fail their basic responsibility by issuing a prescription for outdated medications. This represents an utterly incompetent display of professional negligence.
