Prescription nightmare at health centre fails patients

Absolute rubbish! They've implemented a new system that compels patients to physically visit the pharmacy for repeat prescriptions. If you misplace your login credentials, the webpage claims the service doesn't exist. It might be tolerable if one could order repeat prescriptions via telephone during this transition period, but that's not an option. Phone repeat scripts are strictly forbidden, and there's no secure email request mechanism either. Despite allegedly being operational for "months," these persistent issues remain unresolved. I'm clearly naive for believing this change would enhance efficiency. In today's hyper-digital landscape, overcomplicated systems are the norm, and user frustration follows suit. The staff member at the reception became visibly agitated when I highlighted the problem, eventually admitting with an elevated tone, "Just disregard the system; it's non-functional." You're now required to make an in-person visit for every minor issue that previously could be resolved with a quick 3-minute phone call back in the 1990s. Interestingly, Lawson Street Health Centre manages telephone repeat scripts seamlessly, suggesting they're either a more competent practice or I'm simply hallucinating the entire ordeal.
