Prescription nightmare at local pharmacy

Absolutely no sense of responsibility or prompt service. I submitted a request for a repeat prescription medication five days ago and made multiple phone calls throughout the day, starting at 10am. Initially, they acknowledged their error and promised to resolve it immediately, assuring me they would call back. However, an hour passed with no communication. Each subsequent call resulted in repeated assurances that it would be handled within the hour. My final call at 5pm was met with a promise to complete it before closing time. Their lack of urgency is appalling. The following day, when I called again, they claimed the request was in a queue but "understood" its urgency. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
