Prescription nightmare dragged on for days

Reached out on Friday, August 6th about my daughter's recurring medication, was informed it would be ready in 48 hours. Called the pharmacy on the 9th and discovered no prescription had been processed. Follow-up calls revealed the doctor hadn't signed off, with promises it would be handled right away. Multiple attempts later, still no resolution. The service is utterly unacceptable, and this isn't an isolated incident. They consistently refuse to connect me with a physician for the prescription and demand patients endure a minimum week-long wait for a phone consultation. The process has become unnecessarily complicated compared to previous experiences.
