Prescription nightmare with unhelpful staff

I've been a patient at this medical practice for over a decade! After taking the same medication for six years, I've recently been forced to contact the surgery every fortnight to request a repeat prescription. RECEPTIONIST A insists that I must use their online system, so I spent more than an hour setting up an account, only to discover that the surgery cannot actually process prescription requests online. I had to call back again. RECEPTIONIST B promised to help but said it would only be ready the following day. I'm completely frustrated with being inconvenienced every two weeks! I've now gone four days without my essential medication, which is severely impacting my mental health. I've been unable to leave the house due to heightened anxiety, all because of one unhelpful and rude receptionist. If the other staff member had answered, I could have collected my prescription immediately, as I've done for years. This experience highlights how different staff members can have such contrasting approaches to patient care.
