Prescription subscription left incomplete and delayed

The prescription was submitted once more, but it was only partially processed. We had to obtain spare medication from a friend to manage in the interim, which we have not yet returned since the prescription was not completed in a timely manner. The new prescription begins a fresh reorder window, meaning we should not face a gap in medication supply due to administrative delays in authorisation for dispensing. We had coordinated everything to be ordered together to minimise collection visits and travel expenses. The medication will run out tomorrow. This situation has caused unnecessary concern regarding my wife's wellbeing.
