Promised departure never materialised, complaint rejected

There appears to be inconsistency in the information provided regarding staff availability. I was told that a particular clinician was departing soon, which prevented me from submitting feedback at that time. When I subsequently called to arrange an appointment, I was offered a slot with the same clinician, despite being informed they would be leaving imminently. My attempt to lodge a formal complaint was not accepted on the grounds of their imminent departure. However, several weeks have now passed and this clinician remains in post. This situation has been frustrating and disappointing.
