I have been quite sceptical about this surgery in the past and my previous visits were often disappointing. However, my recent experiences have been markedly different and very positive. The appointments have been straightforward to arrange and among the quickest I have experienced anywhere. The clinical staff were particularly helpful in scheduling my son's appointment at a time that worked around his school commitments so he wouldn't need to take time off. Most recently, I needed travel health preparations for my family with limited notice - approximately five weeks to arrange everything for four people. The surgery exceeded my expectations. They managed to coordinate phone consultations for all of us at a convenient time, and then arranged our in-person appointments simultaneously. During the visits, the level of organisation was impressive, with the entire process completed efficiently in around twenty minutes for everyone. I was not only satisfied with the standard of care provided, but also genuinely appreciative of how smoothly everything was managed and how quickly it was all completed.
