Their recent relocation to more spacious facilities near Kensington High Street has significantly enhanced the patient experience, with a superior waiting area and all examination rooms conveniently situated on a single floor. While the surgery welcomes new patients, registration is restricted to those residing within their designated catchment area, and you'll need to provide documentation proving your local address, such as utility bills or a tenancy agreement.
