Rang to get a meds check appointment and was told it has to be done online. I asked why i couldn't make the appointment while i was on the phone with her and was told she couldn't do it. As I've not got internet yet i was then told to call back the next day and an appointment could be made over the phone. She just couldn't be bothered to do her job at all. So if i can make an appointment over the phone the next day then why couldn't i do it on the phone with her. As it does state on their webpage to call after 8am to book an appointment with the receptionist. Just another lazy member of staff. This isn't the first time I've had problems as in 2024 i tried to get an appointment for 5 days to get antibiotics for a kidney infection and in the end i was rushed to A&E and had to have an operation to have a stent put into my kidney to drain it which ended up being sepsis as it had been left for a while with no antibiotics, i was very ill and had to go through a 2nd operation to then have the stent removed 4 months later. If you are considering this surgery please do look elsewhere 1st as they dont care about duty of care.
