Reception attitude improved after initial struggles

Wow, every time I call or visit I seem to encounter difficulties. The reception team and one particular member of staff within the pharmacy appear to view non-local patients unfavourably. My interactions with them have felt quite formal and unwelcoming. Most recently, there was an issue with my prescription not being available, and I was advised that this was due to insufficient notice being provided beforehand, though the prescription remained unavailable regardless. *update My experience has improved considerably, and I now feel much more welcomed. The reception team deserve recognition for the better service I have received. 4*
