Reception barriers making it hard to book appointments

Haven't managed to see a doctor at the new location yet as I've struggled to get through the reception process. I did attend for a blood test and while the facility appears clean, I have concerns about the hygiene practices, particularly the shared touchscreen that patients with various illnesses are required to use, which doesn't seem to be cleaned frequently enough. When I attempted to speak with reception staff, I was simply directed towards the screen rather than receiving assistance. During the blood test appointment, the clinical staff member made some personal remarks that I found uncomfortable, relating to my appearance and suggesting I should be more mature, especially as they were explaining medical information I hadn't asked them to elaborate on. While this didn't significantly upset me, it did contribute to an overall negative impression of the visit. I've considered switching to another practice, but I'm not confident that alternatives would be any better. The medical team here are genuinely skilled at what they do, and I've had positive experiences with their diagnostic abilities in the past, which keeps me from leaving.
