Reception blamed patient instead of taking responsibility

I would advise caution when attending this particular surgery location. I have found it necessary to lodge complaints on multiple occasions. During a recent visit while following up on a previous concern, I observed an interaction at reception that exemplified my frustrations. A patient submitted a straightforward request which was returned with issues, and the receptionist attributed responsibility entirely to the patient rather than acknowledging any procedural difficulty. This mirrored the exact problem I had previously raised. My advice to others using this surgery would be to document everything thoroughly, as accountability seems to be consistently placed on patients rather than the practice. Another patient's comments during my visit reflected my own concerns about the standard of service provided.
