Reception blocked access to appointments repeatedly

Faced ongoing difficulties with appointment scheduling processes I found myself needing someone to monitor my phone constantly, given the challenges with how appointments were arranged. When my scheduled call came through, it arrived later than expected and rang for only a very brief period. The short window to answer created practical difficulties, as I struggled to respond quickly enough within that timeframe, and I was unable to spend extended periods waiting by the phone for contact from the practice.
