Reception blocked appointment access when needed most

I am genuinely struggling to express my frustration. I have been experiencing chest discomfort for the past two weeks. Despite attending the emergency department multiple times within a single week, the practice staff would not arrange a GP appointment for me. I have completed the necessary tests and urgently need to discuss the findings with a clinician so I can begin the appropriate treatment. I managed to book an appointment but it was cancelled shortly before I was due to attend, and the staff have declined to reschedule me with an alternative clinician. The level of understanding and attentiveness shown was severely lacking, and I found the entire situation wholly unacceptable.
