Reception blocked urgent appointment access

I'm not satisfied with my experience because accessing appointments has been difficult. The reception staff seem to have significant control over whether you can get an appointment when you actually need one. When I called on a Monday regarding an urgent matter, I was told the earliest available appointment was on Friday, which didn't work for my situation. I feel that urgent requests should be accommodated within a day or two at most. The reception team appears to be the first point of contact, and I believe this process needs improvement. I would suggest considering additional staffing to help manage appointment availability more effectively.
