Reception couldn't book urgent appointment slots

The reception team seemed unable to arrange an appointment within the timeframe I needed, with availability only extending several weeks ahead. This was problematic given that I require medication which needs to be managed on a strict schedule and cannot be delayed. It appeared inconsistent that an appointment could apparently be scheduled for a similar timeframe through another route. The booking system or staffing capacity may benefit from review to address what seems to be a gap in the service.
