Reception desk interaction ended badly

I write to express my serious dissatisfaction with an interaction that occurred at the reception desk. I felt that my query was not handled appropriately, and I was disappointed by the manner in which staff responded to my concerns. During a recent visit, I presented a straightforward question in a respectful manner. However, I experienced what I perceived as dismissive behaviour and felt that the response I received was unhelpful. The situation escalated, and I was asked to leave the premises by security personnel. I did not raise my voice or act aggressively during this exchange. I have concerns about how this matter was subsequently handled by management and believe that the account given by reception staff did not accurately reflect what occurred. I have documentation of the interaction and intend to pursue this matter further through appropriate channels. I wish to formally register my dissatisfaction regarding the conduct of staff during this appointment. I believe there were failures in how my concerns were addressed and in the professionalism demonstrated during our interaction. I have decided to transfer my care to another practice and am considering what further steps may be appropriate to address my concerns about this experience. I expect that standards of courtesy and respect should be maintained at all times when patients interact with healthcare staff. On this occasion, I felt these standards were not met. I am forwarding details of my concerns to relevant healthcare authorities and regulatory bodies for their consideration.
