Reception didn't acknowledge previous complaint

The care I received fell short of expectations. I felt my condition was not properly identified initially. Being referred between different services without clear coordination was frustrating and unhelpful. Additionally, when I contacted the practice regarding a concern I had previously raised and discussed with the patient advocacy service, there seemed to be a lack of awareness about my earlier communication, which meant I had to repeat myself unnecessarily.
