Reception didn't answer phones or respond to emails

I don't typically leave negative feedback, but on this occasion I felt compelled to share my concerns. I experienced significant difficulties with communication from the front desk staff, as phone calls went unanswered on multiple occasions. The overall approach to patient care felt unsatisfactory. I attempted to escalate my concerns by contacting management via email, but did not receive a response or any attempt to address the issues raised. Based on this experience, I would suggest exploring alternative healthcare providers that may offer a more responsive service to patients.
