Reception didn't listen to my concerns
I felt frustrated when my medication was discontinued following a recent diagnosis, despite my belief that it was not contributing to my condition. I had been experiencing symptoms for many years prior to this diagnosis, and the decision to stop my treatment for a review felt unnecessary. Without this medication, I am now struggling to manage my symptoms and would have preferred to continue my treatment while undergoing the review process.
