Reception dismissed urgent medication concerns without response

I found the service to be deeply unsatisfactory and felt that patient care was lacking. The reception staff member's manner came across as condescending and unhelpful when I raised concerns about an urgent medication matter. I experienced a significant gap in my medication supply lasting several weeks without any clear communication, despite making multiple attempts to get clarification. I submitted several written inquiries requesting assistance and explanation, but did not receive any replies. This level of unresponsiveness is concerning and troubling. Patients should expect proper communication and respectful treatment from their GP practice. I would suggest considering alternatives if feasible.
