Reception dismissed urgent prescription request dismissively

When I requested a repeat medication for a family member who was running low on hospital-prescribed heart tablets before a bank holiday weekend, I was informed by reception staff that the pharmacy was unavailable that day. I expressed concern about the potential health risks of missing doses, but was simply advised to contact 111. I found this response inadequate given the circumstances.
