I attempted to contact the practice to inquire about exemption options for mask-wearing due to personal health circumstances. During this call, the reception staff member responded in a manner that felt confrontational rather than helpful, bringing up unrelated personal matters in their response. I felt defensive about the interaction, as I have consistently followed guidelines and was simply seeking clarification about whether mask-wearing was mandatory in my particular situation.
