Reception dismissive when urgent help was needed

If I could give 0 stars I would. After returning to England following a holiday abroad that resulted in a hospital visit for undiagnosed health concerns, I was instructed to contact my GP. I called at 8.31 and found the receptionist to be impolite, dismissive, and unhelpful. The only option offered was for a clinician to return my call after three days. When I explained that I had relevant documentation and required an appointment, the response was unhelpful and frustrating. I was struck by the contrast with my experience abroad, where medical assistance arrived at my accommodation within four hours despite severe weather conditions. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative practices. This surgery requires significant improvement.
