Reception experience depends on who answers the phone

There is a lovely member of the reception team who provides excellent service. Unfortunately, this positive experience is not consistent across all reception staff. Some team members could benefit from developing a more compassionate approach, particularly when interacting with vulnerable patients. An abrupt manner and lack of consideration seems at odds with the values expected in a healthcare setting. Rather than pursuing a formal complaint, I hope this feedback might serve as a useful opportunity for reflection and improvement, so that future interactions are more considerate.
