Reception failed to log my arrival properly

Disappointing experience. When I arrived, I attempted to use the check-in computer but encountered technical difficulties. I approached the reception desk, where the receptionist was available, and was directed to the waiting area. I waited approximately 45 minutes while other patients were seen and departed. I then went back to inquire about my appointment status and was informed that the clinician was occupied. Shortly after, I was called through. The clinician indicated they had not been aware of my presence in the waiting room. During the consultation, I felt my concerns were not fully explored, with the focus appearing to be on managing immediate symptoms rather than investigating underlying causes. I was advised that my issue would be better addressed by a different medical specialty and that little could be offered at this practice. Overall, I found the appointment unhelpful.
