Reception gave wrong appointment dates repeatedly

My time at this practice was disappointing and extended longer than necessary. The reception staff displayed unprofessional conduct on multiple occasions, including providing incorrect appointment times, which resulted in me taking time off work unnecessarily. When I raised these errors, they were not acknowledged with an apology; instead, I was told it was my responsibility, despite having both an appointment card and text confirmation. I experienced difficulty obtaining appointments for my young child, as the team stated there was no availability at morning times and declined to consult with a clinician about whether the matter was urgent. I received a prescription over the phone without the child being examined. There appeared to be a lack of coordination between clinical staff, with one team member expressing disagreement with another clinician's assessment and declining to proceed with a recommended procedure on multiple occasions. I decided to seek care elsewhere.
