Reception guy's attitude ruined my visit

The reception staff member displayed an incredibly unprofessional demeanor. He clearly lacks the necessary skills for customer interaction. His responses were dripping with sarcasm and showed absolutely no compassion, especially when their own system was responsible for the issue. His attitude suggested he was perpetually spoiling for a confrontation with every person who approached him. In contrast, the previous staff member wearing a brown jacket was significantly more pleasant. However, the current replacement acts as if he has complete authority over the healthcare facility. The patients visiting the clinic are dealing with health concerns and potential discomfort, and a small gesture of empathy would not diminish his humanity but could potentially provide emotional relief to those already struggling.
