Reception helpful despite lengthy phone message
The reception team provided excellent customer service both over the phone and face-to-face. My mother was treated with courtesy and care, and felt listened to by the clinician. The only aspect I would suggest improving is the lengthy automated message that plays when calling to book an appointment.
