Reception ignores phones and appointments feel rushed

I would have given zero stars if that were possible, as I found this practice disappointing. The reception team seemed unresponsive to phone calls and provided explanations I found unconvincing when I visited in person to inquire. On the rare occasion I managed to secure an appointment, the consultation felt rushed, lasting only around five minutes, which I felt was insufficient time to properly address my concerns.
