Reception insisted on online form despite my concerns

Dear ALL I called to request an urgent appointment and was informed by reception staff that I would need to complete a form. I explained that I'm unable to do this as I'm not comfortable with computers, but the receptionist indicated that I would need to learn how to use them otherwise I wouldn't be able to book an appointment. I found this response deeply disappointing, as it seems to exclude people who aren't confident with technology from accessing appointments. Kind regards
