Reception issues resolved with swift management response

I had a very negative experience with the reception service. I submitted a formal complaint and was waiting to see how it would be resolved. I decided to change my GP practice as a result. The receptionist seemed particularly interested in knowing when patients had registered at the practice when they called. 0.5/5 stars I said I would update my review once the complaint was addressed. However, my complaint was handled within 24 hours, and the practice manager went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and resolve the issue immediately. They also assured me that the reception team would receive additional training. This response completely changed my perspective. While I had a poor experience initially, the management's commitment to resolving the problem was exceptional. I'm grateful that despite the initial difficulties, there are people at this practice who are genuinely dedicated to improving patient care. 5/5 stars. If you do experience issues at this GP practice, I would encourage you to submit a patient complaint form. They do take feedback seriously and act on it.
