Reception kept asking what was wrong repeatedly

Waited for over an hour before being informed that there had been a technical issue affecting the system for the previous couple of hours and that we would need to reschedule. It was quite urgent that my young grandchild be seen. The reception staff asked multiple times about the reason for the visit, which felt repetitive across different interactions. The waiting area was very busy that day, and I felt there was limited privacy during these conversations. I would consider this when deciding whether to return in future.
