Reception kept passing us between appointments

The practice was extremely disappointing and disorganised. I felt the clinical team lacked competence in their assessments. They were unwilling to examine my young infant, dismissing concerns as minor when there was actually a serious underlying condition present that required hospital treatment. My child spent a week receiving inpatient care and eventually recovered, though they were also dealing with a concurrent viral illness. My partner experienced significant frustration with the appointment system, facing multiple cancellations and being shuffled between different services. There were also concerns about the accuracy of clinical notes and communication regarding what was discussed during consultations. The overall attitude from staff left much to be desired. I would rate this experience far more negatively if the system allowed it.
