Reception lost prescription within minutes of arrival
This practice is deeply disappointing. Not only do I feel my family member's condition was not identified promptly, resulting in a serious health situation that has now progressed significantly, but there have also been concerning issues with their care management. An urgent prescription was requested this afternoon, and my family member was told it would be available for collection. However, the prescription went missing shortly after being sent, and when we followed up, the staff denied having received any communication about it and questioned whether my family member could collect it on behalf of their relative. There are additional frustrations beyond this incident. I am also troubled that a previous family member's condition was not properly identified during a surgery visit, with what I believe was a misdiagnosis, leading to their death just days after being admitted to hospital. This occurred only three days after they had attended this practice for an examination. I am extremely upset and frustrated with how this surgery has handled these situations, and I feel these matters warrant serious review.
