Reception made me feel uncomfortable about privacy

When attempting to book an appointment with a nursing service, the reception staff made me feel as though I was at fault for not wanting to disclose the specific reason for my visit beyond mentioning it was for a routine medical procedure. I found this approach concerning, particularly when they suggested I was being discourteous. I believed I had the right to maintain privacy regarding my healthcare matters. I was disappointed by this experience.
