Reception phone manner lets down the practice

The clinical staff members are exceptional and deserve full marks, however the reception experience fell significantly short. The person handling phone enquiries consistently came across as dismissive and unwelcoming, which seems at odds with a customer-facing role. There was a noticeable lack of warmth and attentiveness during interactions. It's unfortunate that the initial contact point doesn't reflect the quality and compassion found elsewhere in the practice.
