Reception queue held up by broken check-in monitor

The car park had limited availability. Upon arrival at the surgery, there were approximately 6 people seated in the waiting area, which is typical for this practice. However, the check-in display system was not functioning, resulting in around 5 people queuing at reception. The display appeared to require login credentials to resume operation, though no one was attending to resolve the issue at that time.
