Reception screens weren't working when I visited

I visited the recently updated facility and encountered several issues during my appointment. At reception, I was directed to use the self-check-in screens, however they were not functioning properly. Although I was informed that someone was attending to the problem, the screens remained non-operational throughout my visit. Additionally, the background music was playing at a volume that made it difficult to have a private conversation with my companion. These difficulties add to concerns I have experienced this week regarding the appointment booking system and other administrative matters. Overall, the surgery does not seem to have improved as expected following its recent renovation.
