Reception staff attitude needs improvement

The practice has generally been satisfactory in the past, but the standard of care has declined recently. Following an injury to the area around my mouth, there was some confusion about whether the issue was dental or medical in nature. Initial guidance suggested it was a dental matter, but when I was seen by a clinical staff member, they indicated otherwise. This inconsistency was frustrating. Additionally, I had a negative interaction with a receptionist during a recent visit. I felt spoken to in a manner that was dismissive and disrespectful, and this occurred in front of other patients, which was particularly upsetting. Most of the reception team have always been courteous and helpful, so this experience stood out as notably different. Given my personal circumstances and history, I found this interaction particularly distressing and felt it lacked the sensitivity and respect that should be shown to all patients.
