I would recommend considering alternative healthcare providers if possible. While the clinical staff are competent, the reception team's approach to patient interactions is concerning. I had booked an appointment with a particular clinician, which was confirmed on my appointments page. On the day of my visit, a different clinician who does not regularly work at the practice contacted me instead. When I contacted reception to clarify the situation, they disputed my recollection of the appointment details and suggested I had booked with any available GP rather than a specific practitioner. They also indicated that my request to see the clinician I had originally booked with constituted an inefficient use of appointment slots. This would normally be manageable, but the practice is removing me from their patient list due to my change of address, so I will not have the opportunity to resolve this matter. The timing of the appointment change in relation to my removal from the register raises questions about the handling of my case.
